CoordConvert page

I have moved the project page for CoordConvert to drupal, making the page less ugly. The page is taken from the original site, which is generated from a text written in reStructuredText. The manual and the documentation of CoordConvert is written in this format, and I use a php script to import the body of the html document into this site. So if the original site changes, then so will the one in drupal.

I've also created several content types for this site, including Project, Project page, Program and Label. The label type is used to label projects and programs with different info, such as the fact that CoordConvert is written in the python programming language. By doing this, you can for instance list all the projects and programs written in Python by visiting the python label.
